My name is KI and yes I feel like I have a story to tell. I’m a young adult female about to make major changes in my life and this will be brought on by me soon graduating from college and starting the next chapter of my life.

I decided to name this blog “Sports Bra” because I felt like that was an article of clothing that I could relate to on multiple levels. I am an athlete so I wear one pretty much every day of my life and the sports bra also represents qualities I wish to have: being supportive and flexible in times when it really matters. But, along with the positive attributes of the sports bra, there are the negatives. After a while, the bra itself gets worn out and isn’t as supportive as it once was and maybe, if anything, it becomes too flexible to the point that it doesn’t even do the job anymore.

The sports bra can be deemed as one of the most comfortable and reliable pieces of clothing that a woman can own and it is a piece of clothing I have always found solace and comfort in. I hope this blog does the same for me and for you, the audience. I hope it becomes a place to share moments with you and a place that can last awhile and be a source of comfort.

The only thing missing will be the sweat.
